Search Prices

Click CRM on the top toolbar to open the price search screen.

The top bar shows the available rate types: Sea Freight (FCL), Sea Freight (LCL), Air Freight, and Trucking. Select the service that matches your needs.

By default, the system only displays currently valid rates (Valid Until > today).

Search Filters​

Main filter criteria:

  • Port/Airport of Loading: Port or airport of origin
  • Port/Airport of Discharge: Port or airport of destination
  • Ready to Load: Cargo ready date (used to determine valid rates) → Rate is valid when: Effect Date ≤ Selected Date ≤ Valid Until
  • Import/Export: Shipment direction

Note for Trucking: No port filters. Use Pickup and Delivery address filters instead.

Note for Sea FCL (Export): Additional filters available for US_ROUTE, special container rates, and reefer containers.

Quick Search Bar: Type any keyword – the system instantly filters the entire table.

Function Buttons​

  • XLSX Export: Export to Excel (customisable columns, max 20 rows)

  • Request Pricing: Send a price-check request (email) to the Pricing Team. Guide here

  • Request a Quote: Create a formal quotation. More details: Quotation

  • Customise columns (show/hide & reorder) sale_config_column.gif

  • Price Feedback: Select a rate → enter feedback for the Pricing team sale_feedback.gif

  • Price Analysis / Fluctuation

    The analysis screen shows:

    • All rates before and after the current date
    • Selected rate is highlighted in yellow
    • Comparison column: % difference compared to the selected rate
    • Tip: To compare rates across carriers, leave the Carrier field blank in the filter.

  • **Trucking FCL / Trucking LCL: Choose container or loose cargo trucking
