System Objectives

  1. Centralized Database Management

    The CRM system manages a centralized pricing database for Sea, Air, and Trucking (Domestic/CBT) services.

  2. Business Process Management

    The system provides tools for measuring and managing the sales process, including:

    • Customer information management.
    • Inquiry and quotation management.
    • KPI tracking for individual employees and branches.

    CRM helps reduce quotation time by storing pricing data for frequently used routes and services. These tools support sales teams in:

    • Quick price searching.
    • Automated quotation creation and sending.
    • Automatic conversion of sales pricing data to the BFSOne system.
  3. Online Sales & Marketing Channel

    The system integrates online sales and marketing channels with features including:

    • From e-quote to booking, track & trace.
    • Lead management for potential customers.
    • Collection of customer feedback and reviews.

The system consists of three modules: Pricing Tools, CRM, and Dashboard.

  1. Pricing Tools
  • Input/Upload pricing data for Sea, Air, Trucking (Domestic/CBT) services.
  • Offices and partners can input prices directly into the system.
  1. CRM
  • Sales staff enter inquiry into the system. If pricing is available, the tool allows sales to create quotation and send them to customers via email.
  • If pricing is not available or needs confirmation, the system automatically sends emails to the relevant pricing department.
  • After receiving pricing, sales can create quotation and send them to customers, which can be applied to multiple booking.
  • When customers confirm booking, sales create Internal Booking and the system uses API integration with OF1 to create booking and automatically update pricing in OF1.
  1. Dashboard

    The system provides detailed reports including:

    • Number of inquiry (filterable by requirements).
    • Number of quotation and successful booking.
    • Volume statistics and KPI for each position.

    The Dashboard helps centralize data management and supports accurate allocation and optimization of company resources.
