Lead Management

Guide to managing potential customer (Lead) information in the CRM system.

Accessing the Lead Screen

  • From the screen list, click Partners -> select Customer Leads tab.

This is the Lead list screen.

Entering Lead Information

Click the + Customer Lead button to create a new Lead.

  • Basic Information:
    • Company Name (*)
    • Tax ID (*)
    • Status (*)
    • Address

Note: When creating and entering tax ID information, you may encounter a warning screen like the one below.

This is a warning that the Lead already exists in the system and is being followed by another salesperson.

Update Information, Convert Lead to Customer

  • Edit basic information
  • Update status
  • Add notes/interaction history

3. Reports and Statistics (Pending)

Overview Reports

  • Total number of Leads
  • Leads by status
  • Conversion rate
  • Effective Lead sources

Detailed Reports

  • Leads by sales
  • Leads by region
  • Leads by service interest

Permissions and Access Control

Role-based Permissions

  • Admin: Full management rights
  • Company: Manage Leads within Office/Department/Team
  • User: Manage assigned Leads, by individual Salesperson

Security Policies

  • Each Lead has only one person in charge
  • Cannot view/edit unassigned Leads
  • Store change history

Advanced Features

Automation

  • Lead follow-up reminders
  • Inactive Lead alerts (6 months from system input date)
