Inquiry Request

Feature to send price check requests via email when no suitable prices are found in the Pricing Tools.

  1. Search for prices for the route you need to quote
  2. Click Request Pricing on the toolbar if no suitable results are found

Choose the appropriate request type​

Fill in request information​

Email​

  • From: Sender's email
  • TO: Pricing team email (auto-filled)
  • TO (External): External recipient's email
  • CC: Internal CC email addresses
  • CC (External): External CC email addresses

Attachments​

  • Drag and drop or select files (maximum 35MB)

Click Send Request when completed

Managing Sent Requests​

View list of sent requests: Transactions > Inquiry tab (1)

Main Functions​

  1. Update Inquiry Request feedback and status

    • Update customer feedback and request status (Win/ Received Response/ Price Not Match/ ...).

  1. Resend request
    • Click the icon at the beginning of the row to copy information from the old request
    • Edit and send as a new request
