Lead Management

Instructions for managing potential customer (Lead) information in the CRM system.

  • Track and manage potential customer information
  • Convert Lead to Customer
  • Track interaction history

Access the Leads list screen.

  • On the list screen, click Partners -> select the Customer Leads Tab.

  • Customer Lead screen:

Enter Customer Lead/Agent Approach information

Create new Customer Lead

  • Click the + Customer Lead button to create a new Customer Lead.

Note: When entering the tax code, you may encounter a warning screen as below..
This is a warning that the Lead already exists in the system and is being followed by another salesman.

Create new Agent Approach

  • Click the + Agent Approach button to create a new Agent Approach.

Manage Lead list

Search and filter (Pending)

Check if Lead already exists in the system?

Enter Tax Code then click the Check button to verify.

  • If the Lead does not exist in the system, the screen will display the message: No partners found with the provided tax code.
  • If the Lead already exists, the screen will display the existing Lead information.

Update information, convert Lead to Customer

  • Edit basic information

  • Update Lead Rating

    • Update individual Lead

  • Update status

  • Add notes/interaction history

  • Convert Lead to Customer, request to BFSOne
