Lead Management
Instructions for managing potential customer (Lead) information in the CRM system.
- Track and manage potential customer information
- Convert Lead to Customer
- Track interaction history
Access the Leads list screen.
- On the list screen, click
Partners
-> select theCustomer Leads
Tab.
- Customer Lead screen:
Enter Customer Lead/Agent Approach information
Create new Customer Lead
- Click the
+ Customer Lead
button to create a new Customer Lead.
- New Customer Lead creation screen:
Note: When entering the tax code, you may encounter a warning screen as below..
This is a warning that the Lead already exists in the system and is being followed by another salesman.
Create new Agent Approach
- Click the
+ Agent Approach
button to create a new Agent Approach.
- New Agent Approach creation screen:
Manage Lead list
Search and filter (Pending)
Check if Lead already exists in the system?
Enter Tax Code then click the Check
button to verify.
- If the Lead does not exist in the system, the screen will display the message: No partners found with the provided tax code.
- If the Lead already exists, the screen will display the existing Lead information.
Update information, convert Lead to Customer
- Edit basic information

Update Lead Rating
- Update individual Lead
- Bulk update

Update status
- Add notes/interaction history
- Convert Lead to Customer, request to BFSOne
